                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM SARAH STRAIN AND
                   HARRIETT BERMAN, RELATIVE TO THE CRESTONE
                   CIRCLE SEWER PROJECT, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($9,200.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Sarah Strain and Harriett
       Berman, relative to the Crestone Circle Sewer Project, for a
       consideration of $9,200.00.
